Emma Lowe

Emma Lowe

Emma Lowe initially trained as an NNEB nursery nurse. She has worked with young people with special and complex needs including downs syndrome and autism for more than 15years within both primary schools and social respite settings. She has a special interest in using sensory integration activities to promote learning development. Prior to joining Springboard Emma taught for two years in a specialist facility for children with ASC.

James Wright James Wright
Teaching assistant, keyworker, P.E, social skills, ICT support.

James Wright is a qualified angling coach and used this as part of his youth work. He is experienced in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs. He co-ordinates our P.E curriculum and ICT support, he has worked with our younger pupils and now teaches some of our young people with ASC as well as taking responsibility for tracking systems and overseeing health and safety.

Junior Education Manager & SENCO

Jane Williams has worked for the past thirteen years within the education service as a Learning Support Assistant, Outreach Mentor, Internal Exclusion Co-Ordinator,

Near to Facility Co-ordinator and teacher. She has worked primarily with young people with special educational needs who have needed support and reassurance at different times during their school lives.

Pam Way

Pam Way has twenty years of experience working with children with and without special educational needs, as a pre-school practitioner and as a teaching assistant and mentor in an Autistic spectrum condition facility. She has also helped to run a local football team holding the role of child welfare officer. Pam has much training and experience supporting children’s learning and social and emotional needs.
