Judy Packham

Judy Packham is qualified in teaching and management. She has worked closely alongside Local Education Authorities and other agencies to ensure that the needs of young people and their families are met, and that plans are fully implemented. She has extensive expertise in providing education services that are flexible and innovative.

Jeremy Cross

Jeremy Cross has worked within Education and Social Services for over 20 years. He is a fully qualified teacher who has worked effectively with children of all ages and their families. Jeremy believes strongly in providing quality services that facilitate positive changes for young people.

Elizabeth Freeman

Elizabeth Freeman is Primary School teacher trained, with an early interest in supporting those with difficulties accessing a mainstream curriculum including those with English as a second language and those with Special Educational Needs. Elizabeth has spent some time working as a manager for an Education Authority, supporting schools manage pupils with SEN, writing SEN statements and attending tribunals. She has also spent 5 years as a primary school SENCO supporting pupils access to the curriculum, training staff and managing teaching assistants. Elizabeth has worked with Springboard since 2005 supporting vulnerable pupils with their learning needs and addressing their emotional and behavioural needs with a therapeutic approach looking at the whole child. She subsequently studied with The Place2be in London; a school- based counselling service, dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing of children, their families and the whole school community.
