The Team at Springboard

The Directors of Springboard have worked for many years in the fields of Education and Social Work, with expertise in Special Needs and the Education of Children in Care.

Judy Packham is qualified in teaching and management. She has worked closely alongside Local Education Authorities and other agencies to ensure that the needs of young people and their families are met, and that plans are fully implemented. She has extensive expertise in providing education services that are flexible and innovative.

Jeremy Cross has worked within Education and Social Services for over 20 years. He is a fully qualified teacher who has worked effectively with children of all ages and their families. Jeremy believes strongly in providing quality services that facilitate positive changes for young people.
